Your account
An account is given to you by our admin and is yours alone: do not share it or your password, and tell the admin at once if you think someone else has used it. The admin can set you a new password; nobody can read one back. The site records the date you agreed to these pages.
What the site is for
The site is a tool for the team's work — quotations, orders, deliveries, billing. Use it only for that work, enter true figures, and treat the details of clients and suppliers as the privacy policy says.
Documents to clients
The seller's own terms for a client — made to order, no refund on an order mistake, delivery in one to two days, no cancellation once final, a valid ID for delivery — are printed on the client's documents and are set by the admin under Settings. They are not part of this page.
Changes
When these terms change in a way that matters, the site brings you back here at your next sign-in.
