Who runs this site
Your Order Tracker (yourordertracker.com) is run by 7E Tradings & Construction Supplies, for its own team and for the clients they serve; that business is responsible for the data described here. A client finds the seller's name, phone and address on the quotation and the billing form; a team member finds the registered business details (name, address, contact, registration numbers) in Settings after signing in. Write to hello@yourordertracker.com for anything on this page. Accounts are opened by our admin only; nobody signs up here.
What we keep

Who sees what
Each team member sees only their own work. A client sees only their own tracking page, opened from a link that is theirs alone — it shows the order's stages and billing figures, and the seller's name and phone.
Other people's details — third parties named on orders
The site is hosted by a hosting company and shielded by a network service. They carry the data and do not read or use it. No advertising network, social button or outside analytics tool runs on this site.
Cookies and analytics
Signing in sets one cookie the site needs to work. Two more are your choice: staying signed in on your device, and letting us count our own page views and slow pages. The slow-page log keeps who you are only with your consent; the site's own counts never carry a person. Details and your current choice are under Cookies & analytics.
How long
Orders and their records stay as long as the business's books need them. Backups are kept for three days, then replaced. An account that is disabled keeps only its name on the orders it worked on, and nothing else. The slow-request log is kept for thirty days; the site's own counts carry no person.
Your rights, and how to ask
You may ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or — where the books allow — removed; you may withdraw the analytics consent at any time. Write to hello@yourordertracker.com or tell your admin; we answer within fifteen days. If a change to this policy matters to you, the site brings you back to this page at your next sign-in.
